Terms governing access to and use of the Sileo Vehicle Sales website and online services

These Terms apply to your access to and use of https://sileosales.co.za and related online services operated by Sileo Vehicle Sales (Pty) Ltd ("Sileo Vehicle Sales", "we", "us" or "our"). The website markets vehicle sales and rent-to-buy opportunities. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Sileo Vehicle Sales acts as a reseller and intermediary. We advertise vehicles supplied by Sileo Vehicle Rentals and iRental and may receive a commission when a transaction is concluded. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, we do not own the advertised stock. The relevant stock owner or service provider will be identified as part of the transaction process.

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, specifications, mileage, availability and pricing are based on information available to us, remain subject to verification with the relevant supplier, and may change without notice. A listing is not a binding offer, reservation or guarantee that a vehicle remains available.

Monthly amounts, rent-to-buy figures, instalments or other illustrations are estimates or starting points only. Actual terms depend on your profile, affordability, assessment results, the selected vehicle or product, provider requirements and final written approval. A preliminary pre-approval is indicative only and does not guarantee final approval, availability, pricing or eligibility.

A transaction becomes binding only when the customer and the relevant vehicle owner or service provider have completed and accepted the required written agreement and any applicable conditions. If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that transaction.

Submitting a form, message or application authorises us to use the information to respond, create an application, assess or facilitate a preliminary pre-approval, and refer or provide relevant information to Sileo Vehicle Rentals, iRental or another provider involved in the selected opportunity, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and not misleading, and promptly tell us if it changes.

Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You are responsible for checking communications and protecting your own devices, accounts and credentials.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, or overload the service.
• Scrape, harvest, copy or reuse content or personal information unlawfully.
• Impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website for fraud or abuse.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, text, graphics, photographs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for your personal, lawful purpose. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell or commercially exploit content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including Meta platforms, maps, payment, finance or communication providers. Those services are controlled by their operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not imply that we control or accept responsibility for the third-party service.

We take reasonable measures to operate and secure the website, but we do not warrant that it will always be available, free from errors, or free from every harmful component.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis. You remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a financial or transaction decision.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law, or liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or another matter that the law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update the website and these Terms when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The latest Terms will be published on the website with their last-updated date. Continued use after publication means the updated Terms apply from that date, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts with authority to hear it, without limiting any statutory dispute-resolution right available to a consumer.
